Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include Irish VAT where applicable. For business customers, please contact us for VAT-exempt pricing with your valid VAT number.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Ireland and to Northern Ireland. We offer multiple shipping zones with different delivery timeframes. See our Shipping Information page for detailed coverage.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Dublin City: Same-day delivery available (orders before 2 PM)
- Dublin County: 1-2 business days
- Leinster & Munster: 2-3 business days
- Connacht & Ulster: 3-4 business days
- Northern Ireland: 3-5 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over €120 within Ireland.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. You can usually reschedule delivery or pick up from a local depot.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes! Most products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
What products cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Tattoo needles
- Tattoo inks (once seal is broken)
- Hygiene products (barriers, gloves, masks)
- Aftercare products (once opened)
How do I start a return?
Contact us at contact@electricink.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.

Are your products authentic?
Yes! We only stock genuine products from authorized manufacturers and distributors. All products come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
